Terms & Conditions of Membership, Participation & Conduct

General Information
By registering as a player, parent, or guardian with Tagum Palms Football Club (TPFC), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone involved.

  • Membership & Fees
    TPFC Annual Membership: ₱1000
    This includes access to training group chats, eligibility to join training sessions and upcoming membership benefits (e.g. partner discounts, exclusive offers, early access to events, etc.).
  • Session Fee: ₱100 per session, payable before or at the start of each session.
  • Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Membership does not guarantee selection for tournament squads.

Registration Process
To become a TPFC player:

  • Purchase the annual membership.
  • Join the official TPFC group chat.
  • Monitor training announcements and register attendance.
  • Attend sessions regularly and follow all posted guidelines.

Tournament Squad Selection
TPFC reserves the right to select tournament squads based on:

  • Training attendance
  • Attitude and conduct
  • Performance and commitment
  • Tactical and positional requirements
  • Being a member does not automatically guarantee inclusion in any matchday or tournament squad.

Session Cancellations
Training may be cancelled or adjusted due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Participation in tournaments or external events
  • Facility unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances
  • Updates will be posted in the training group chat. No refunds or credits are provided for cancelled sessions.

Transport & Travel
TPFC may occasionally provide transportation for tournaments or events.
By participating, you acknowledge the following:

  • Transportation: If transport is provided by TPFC, participants (or parents/guardians) consent to travel with the group to and from events.
  • Supervision: All youth players will be supervised by TPFC coaches and designated chaperones during travel.
  • Medical Consent: In case of emergency, basic medical care may be administered if a parent/guardian cannot be reached. Parents agree to cover any associated costs.
  • Liability Waiver: Participation in travel or events is at the player’s own risk. TPFC is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that occurs.
  • Behaviour on Trips: Players must maintain respectful behaviour. Poor conduct may result in removal from the trip and possible suspension.
  • Transport Vehicle Care: Players must treat any TPFC van or transport vehicle respectfully. Damage caused through carelessness will be charged to the responsible person.

Uniforms & Kits
Players may or may not be provided a uniform or playing kit for events.
In cases where a kit is provided:

  • It must be returned in good condition if required.
  • Lost or damaged kits may be charged.

Conduct & Communication
All players, parents, and spectators are expected to:

  • Treat coaches, referees, teammates, and opponents with respect
  • Communicate professionally in all TPFC chats or events
  • Refrain from negative, abusive, or disruptive behaviour
  • Failure to follow this code may result in suspension or removal from the club.

Partner Discounts
TPFC is in the process of building partnerships with local businesses.
While members may receive discounts or perks, TPFC is not responsible for the policies, quality, or operations of any partner establishment.

Shop Terms & Conditions
All items purchased through TPFC (e.g., merchandise, kits) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless clearly defective.

Pre-order items must be paid for in advance.

Collection details will be communicated upon arrival.

Privacy Policy
Any data collected (e.g., player information, photos, videos) will be used only for club purposes such as registration, social media, and internal communications.

We will not share your information with third parties without permission.

Parents must notify the club if they do not wish for photos/videos of their child to be published.

Website & Online Use
Our website and online materials are for information, registration, and updates only.

All content remains property of TPFC and must not be copied or used without consent.
